THE COACH HOUSE -MARKET HILL- 2010

Coach House- a careful renovation and adaptation to a Grade 2 Listed outbuilding to provide living space for an elderly relative. The project fits a living space, shower room, kitchen and sleeping area into 25m2. Awarded the Maldon and District Design Award 2010.

THE BARN, ANSTY- 2010

A renovation of a derelict stone barn to provide a spacious and light filled family home. Large areas of sliding glazing connect the living and dining areas to an enclosed courtyard space. The underflooring heating and central woodburner keep the house snug despite the lofty internal volumes and area of glazing.

WOODENTOPS, ESSEX 2010

This new build house on Green Belt land, was predominantly prefabricated using Structural Insulated Timber panels. The house is clad in oak and has a sedum roof. The design centres around a double height glazed atrium space.

QUEEN ANNE VILLA, SOUTH LONDON 2009

Extensive renovation and extension to a Queen Anne style villa in South London. The scheme combined a contemporary look with a more traditional pattern and colour. Two new barrell roofed extensions provided further living space; their form picking up on the arches of the existing timber porch to the rear.

THE GRANARY 2008

Proposals for conversion of empty town centre, industrial building to create mixed use scheme combining restaurants, bars and housing.
